Semiautomatic binding machine MAGRAF AS-55
It has been designed for semiautomatic binding of books and calendars up to maximum length of 550 mm. Operates from spools of binding wires 3:1 " and 2:1". For wall calendar binding an automatic hanger feeder is available; it operates with hangers from 100 to 300 mm.
Can bind one length of wire or two identical for wall calendars or three for skip binding. In one working cycle machine makes folowing operations: unrolls the necessary length of wire, counts the number of loops, provides the distance between to pieces of wire for hanger, inserts the habger and binds the wire. The machine is also operated pneumatically and must be conected to compressed air supply. Before starting the machine number of loops and number of wire pieces must be programmed. Only one worker support the machine.
