The EasySert is a 25,000 copies/hr. offline inserter that can be operated as a standalone machine, or as part of a larger mailroom operation. It is aimed at smaller newspapers with their own presses serving local markets; the optimum being for titles with a run of 50,000 to 150,000 copies
The main product or ‘jacket', which holds the inserts, is fed into the system via a main product hopper. Opening of the main product is done by gripper Inserts are fed into JetFeeders - 8 x JetFeeders.
The JetFeeders are attached to the FlyStream (gripper system) that uses pockets to assemble and grip each set of inserts. From the FlyStream the collated inserts pass into the EasySert for insertion. After the EasySert, the UTR conveyor transfers the copies to the MultiStack stacker.

The biggest size of product and insert that can be handled is 450 x 310 mm
Smallest insert down to 90 x 90 mm.
Maximum total pagination is 400 pages tabloid or 200 pages broadsheet.
The system can also handle single sheets thicker than 120gsm and products including postcards, CDs and DVDs.
Mechanical speed with gripper: Max. 25,000 Cycles/Hr.
