The early 1970s saw the arrival of the GTO 46, designed to replace the GT letterpress platen in the offset market. The Plus Version came with an option for numbering and perforating (N+P, or N&P). It remained in production for around 15 years, although it was increasingly overshadowed by the GTO 52, introduced some years later.
Used and second-hand GTO 46 machines are still available and, thanks to their robust design, continue to give service. Used models that you can find on PressCity include pre-owned GTO 46 and GTO 46+ single colours, secondhand GTOZ 46 and GTO 46 ZP (GTOZ46, GTOZP 46) two colour machines and used GTO 46V and GTO 46 VP 4 colour presses (GTOV 46 and GTOVP 46).
