Description

Gammerler RS 113/530 In excellent condition totally overhauled in 2010.

max. size untrimmed: 550 mm x 550 mm
min. size untrimmed: 220 mm x 220 mm
trimming 16-pages- and 32-pages-products

Basically consisting of:
1. trimming module with shingle-stream adjusting belts
and with two (2) segmented knives – 15 segments each;
bump-turn to move the shingle-stream rectangular
either to the right or to the left side;
2. trimming module with shingle-stream adjusting belts
and again with two (2) segmented knives – 15 segments each;

The following components could be added to the trimming-line:

- infeed-conveyor with joggers or
- infeed-conveyor with squeezing-rollers or
- infeed-conveyor with waste-gap or
- combination of above mentioned components
- additional bump-turns to run the product correctely into the stacker
- bump-turn-/90°-curve-conveyor-combination
- any “tailor-made” conveyor-system
