Please advise me, which offset printing machine is good for ABS/PVC blended materials for Smart Cards industry.

We wanted to buy used reliable Offset printing machines. Which will print on ABS / PVC blended materials.(Feeding the ABS/PVC blended materials).

Any you need a UV drying system and the correct ink.

You need to figure out how many colors you want to print as well as what sheet size you want to use as well how much money can you spend on a press.
If you can get me this information I can get you the rgh press.

I am looking for used HP Indigo Digital printing press with 3X8 size and 4 to 6 colors.

This is not a offset printing press this is a digital color copier. I do not work with this. SOrry I could not help.

If you need to print data and not only image - Indigo is the right solution
if all your cards are the same and your runs are long , take an Offset press.

When you come to print thick & stiff stock you must have big cylinders so your sheet will not curl and flip to scratch.

The guide lines are well connected to what exactly you need to do.

We are setting up a Smartcard/GSM SIM Cards factory. We will be printing 3X8 formate ABS and PVC for our products. Someone from the Smartcard industry advice me about HP Indgo dizital printer. Do you have any advice.
