Terms of sales and delivery

1. PressCity.com is a portal for tradesmen. If you want to trade on PressCity.com it is a precondition that you are a registered user and has accepted the below mentioned conditions. By establishing a user profile the user declares to have read and accepted the conditions and terms of Press.City.com which are considered to account for an agreement between you and PressCity.com.

2. By establishing yourself as user on PressCity.com you get access to ï¿½your list af machinesï¿½ and opportunity to set up advertisements which are protected with user name and password. User name and password are private information which cannot be transferred to others. This is to ensure that only you have access to your PressCity.com.

3. If you know or suspect that others have unwanted access to your username and password you immediately have to change your password or contact our support department at support@presscity.com so that we can change or block your profile at PressCity.

4. The information you submit when registering as user on PressCity.com will always be treated with confidentiality. It will only be accessible to you and our entrusted employees at PressCity.com. PressCity.com will not offer for sale or sell your data to a third party without your personal accept. It is your responsibility that your personal data is correct at all times. All personal data is treated confidentially and will not be passed on to a third party. When you create an advertisement your company data will automatically be transferred to your ad. All the usersï¿½ actions on PressCity.com gets logged. This information will be saved according to the law concerning trade on the internet.

5. Press.City.com uses cookies. Cookies are a small program which will be saved on your computer in order for your computer to remember you later. You can delete the cookies at any time. If you set up your browser not to accept cookies it is possible that parts of, or the whole of PressCity.com is not functional.

6. Payment on the internet to PressCity.com takes place via a SSL-connection. SSL is an encrypted connection between you and PressCity.com. It makes the credit information impossible to read or monitor for others. PressCity.com has a contract with PBS Denmark which ensures a maximum of protection of your payment information. PressCity.com does not save your card-information.

7. Delivery of the online service on PressCity.com is executed directly after the payment is received.

7.1. Your subscription is continuous until you terminate it. It does not stop at the end of the period of payment. When you sign up at PressCity.com you have to confirm this before using your membership. You will receive an e-mail with a link which you have to click to confirm your membership. When you have done this there is no right to withdraw the transaction. Do you wish to terminate your membership it has to be done in writing to: support@presscity.com. A membership can be terminated at any time, but at least 14 days before the end of a period of payment.

8. When you advertise on PressCity.com it is required that you have honest intentions and it is your responsibility that the information is correct.

9. PressCity.com is not responsible for the information being correct in the ads placed by the advertisers. PressCity.com is not responsible if possible inquiries from you to the advertiser should turn out to be in vain. Any kind of transfer, copying or distribution of ads or other material to a third party is an offence against the law of property right. If violation of the above mentioned character comes to the attention of PressCity.com we reserve the right to terminate your membership of PressCity.com.

10. Ads and user information will only be passed on to a court of law according to announcement under the Danish law or due to a court order. IP-addresses can only be passed on to the court of law in accordance with announcements under the Danish law or due to a court verdict

11. PressCity.com cannot be hold responsible for loss using the services we provide. Without limiting the general of the above mentioned PressCity.com is not responsible for loss as a consequence of breakdown and lack of access to IT-systems or destruction of data in these systems. Force majeure like break down of power supply or telecommunication, law regulation, terror or vandalism (including computer virus and hacking), unrest, riots, sabotage, war or natural disasters, strikes, lockout, boycott or blockade no matter if the conflict is against PressCity.com or not. PresCity.com does not check the entered information in the ads or the prices of the advertised products and cannot be held responsible for them.

12. If you violate the agreement Presscity.com will reserve the right to terminate your membership. PressCity.com has no obligation to pay back possible fees for the use of PressCity.com as a standard.

13. The law of Denmark shall govern this agreement, and any action arising from this agreement or brought against PressCity.com in consequence of any User's use of the site will be brought before the courts of Denmark.

PressCity.com reserves the right to change terms and prices within a warning of 14 days. Announcement of changes will be send to the e-mail address you have been given PressCity.com.
